The above engine has worked fine until now. Engine was tuned. New plugs, filters and lower unit fluid. Engine starts right up. After 5 seconds the engine shuts down immediately., This will happen 4 or 5 times in a row. Finally with high idle on high the engine will catch and run until it is shut down again. I cleaned the carbs with seafoam. No change. Please advise. Thanks
