Please tell me this is not bad

Had boat out for 5 hours this weekend. No issues so far. Boat moves water thru tell tale and never had a temperature alarm. I opened cowl to just take a look and noticed this on the right side of the motor.

The OEM Service manual for my '98 Johnny V4/V6 60* looper motor states 20-22 ft-pounds torque for cylinder head bolts. These should be installed dry, according to the manual. I would think your motor is the same.
