I have a 2001 4 hp outboard that wont idle. Starts fine with high throttle but won't run unless its wide open. I did just change the spark plug and clean the carb. But I may have not done the best job? I cleaned everything up and ran copper wire through the little holes. A few questions How do you set the air flow screw? It was almost all the way out? Would that make it not idle? Anything else I can check?
