I search for a prior post, but didn't fine one so here goes. Ran great last time out. no start this time. Battery is good and is charged, I do not get a system check when key is turned on, however, after 15 seconds I get a beep and the fuel pump comes on, beep quits so does fuel pump. The relay control for the fuel pump is working and allowing the pump to energize after beep. I have remove old fuel filter, cleaned and installed new filter. All fuses are good, I have 80 psi air and this was measured after turning the engine over for about six seconds. Have ran a continuity check on oil sensor and water separator sensor, no water was discovered at fuel drain or filter replacement. I have not collected fuel psi yet, but am aware that it should be 90 psi which would satisfy the 10 psi difference from air. The kill switch operates as it should in that as motor turns and I pull the connector cord it kills the rotation of motor and also stops beeping and fuel pump coming on after beep. I have check for any worn wire and or connections and found none. I am going to check out initiation switch later, but after three long days I have given up and decided to see if some of you on this forum that have to be more knowledgeable than i am could offer some different approaches. I don't have enough hair left to continue coming up blank! Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!!. :mad-new::facepalm::eek:.. .Regards, Victormatchless I have found that with key on the fuel relay is responding to the beep warning and as this happens it engerizes the fuel pump to run. Anyone know how to trouble shoot this quirk?
