Sorry, Correction.... The boat was just coming up to speed and the driver thought he hit a rope or something in the water, it lost power. He throttled back, turned off the engine and inspected the prop expecting to see a lobster pot rope around his prop, however it was clear. He put the engine back in the water and restarted, it sputtered and stalled. Trying to restart again, it would not. Sorry for the confusion. I had asked the same question and he told me it did not fire. We obviously had a miscommunication first time around. Thanks again
