2001 90hp Johnson Hot and Smoking

My Johnson 90 ran hot and started smoking the other day, I shut it off immediately. Got the boat home did a compression test and have 120psi or +5 on all four cylinders. There is a chance that 4 stroke oil was mixed with the fuel, VRO disabled, instead of 2-stroke. Looked like a lot of dark oil caked up and burnt on the plugs. I've got 48hours to fix it, any suggestions?

Put the right fuel and oil in it and start it up.

Make sure it is cooling.

Thats the plan. Redo the fuel system, new fuel, filter,etc. Going to replace the water pump. New plugs. Hopefully just draining the carbs will do, and I won't have to rebuild the carbs.
