2001 Carver 444 CPMY problems

Hi everyone I'm new to this forum. We are thinking about buying a 01 444 and I was wanting to know is there any know problems with this boat that I need to watch out for. I already know it needs a bottom job and a out of water survey was done about 3 months ago. From what I can tell it's in really nice condition. It has twin diesel's with low hours the gen does have 1500 hours now is that a reason for concern or is that normal. Any help or advice would greatly appreciated.

What engines are in it? No matter what brand, get an engine and machinery survey done. As far as the generator hours, the boat could have spent a lot of time on the hook with the genny running. Depends on where the prior owners boated and HOW they used the boat.
