Is this normal for a boat of this age. I will be garage storing it and trailering, no mooring.

I am never surprised at what I see in almost 20 year old fiberglass, a lot of it has to do with the way it was laid up when new and how it has been treated over the years.

I would not worry about it, I would inspect after each time I used it, there are ways to repair it, but it does take some knowledge on how fiberglass works and what its properties are, I have fixed a few boats in the past and have worked on a lot of Corvettes to fix bubbles on the 1960's models.

You might peel a bubble when at speed, not likely, but it would be important to inspect before each use, then when you put her to bed in the fall formulate a plan to repair if you are so inclined.

Some of the hairline/spider cracks also had me somewhat worried. They seem to be on the plane grooves of the hulls.

Most of the cracks and bubbles you are seeing is actually in the gel coat, it is not all that uncommon for that to happen on older fiberglass boats, I would say, you are pretty good to go, I would at least take it out a few times and inspect it after you do. I would bet you will find that it does not actually get worse.
