2001 Mecury 2 stroke 50 HP Fuse Question

So I was out the other night, engine running great, starting great and all of a sudden a wire that I thought wasn't connected to anything touches the side of my boat and a spark jumps. I shut it off....and now nothing. The engine will not even start to turn over.....nothing electrical works.

I'm hoping there is a blown fuse somewhere and that it is an easy repair. Is this a possiblilty? Any thoughts?
