2001 Mercury 25 Timing Belt Change, Pulling Flywheel

I'm replacing a timing belt on a 2001, 25ELPT 4S, serial 0T284681.
The flywheel is giving me trouble. Can you point me in the direction of a good flywheel pulling instructional?
