2001 mercury optimax saltwater ignition fault

My optimax wont go past 2800rpm, and ignition fault appears on gage. Cylinders 1,3, and 5(right side of engine) loses spark at 2800rpm. All cylinders fire below 2800 rpm and ignition fault goes out. With engine off, throttle position has no effect on spark to cylinders. Can this be a bad TPS? Compression on all cylinders good. Has new alternator and plugs. Volt reading good (13.8-14.2) at idle and 2800rpm. What would cause spark loss on starboard side of engine? Has new fuel/water filter, primer bulb, fuel tubing from motor to gas tank. Fuel pressure is good(90psi). Air pressure is good(80psi).Cleaned and inspected both fuel rails and ROTATED from right to left fuel injectors(ohm tested good),direct injectors(ohm and air tested good),plug wires, ignition coils. Checked air regulator, fuel regulator, tracker valve good. Checked every electrical connection and cleaned grounds. Trying to fix without expensive DDT. Anybody know where to even buy one?
