2001 Nissan 18hp 4stroke

Idles good, pops and cuts up when throttling up, I cleaned the carb myself,

doing the same thing, replaced the fuel filter, fuel line , plugs, etc, thinking on replacing the diaghram in the pump, is this common to go bad in Nissans?

PS the carb looked new inside and out, Ive kept this engine up very well so this is surprising me, Put new fuel ethanol free 92 octane so

What should a diaghram cost ? and or a new fuel pump?
