2001 starcraft fishmaster fuse panel

I can't find it all.. Following all the words and it leads to back of the boat. Did starcraft put the fuse panel in the transom somehere? Seems odd to me that it wouldn't be very assessable and that is where all the wires are heading. I don't want to start ripping things apart.

Normally fuse boxes are near/under the helm if it has one

yeah i was kind of shocked when i saw nothing under the helm, it must be in the back somewhere because a wires lead back there then only two wires direct to my battery
