2001 VX225TLRZ Yamaha 225

I know this topic has been beat to death, but I'm having an issue I cant resolve. The motor runs great until it gets warm and then during wot I start losing rpm's. If I pull back on throttle and then mash it back down, it will pick up rpm's for a few seconds and then do the same thing. I replaced filter in vst, plugs, water seperator filter, fuel filter in clear bowl and o2 sensor. After doing all this I ran boat and it is still doing same thing. Checked the plugs and they were all white, even the one in the #1 cylinder. I'm at a loss!!!! HELP!!!!!

check fuel rail pressure,replace the screens in the injectors.
the green ones from about a 2000 7.4MPI mercruiser fit.
after that its test CDI inputs and outputs at the problem RPM with a DVA meter.
