2001 Yamaha 100 hp 4 stroke throttle shaft seals

Hey everyone I'm hoping one of you smart people have the answer I'm looking for. I took the carbs off a 2001 100 HP 4 stroke for a cleaning. My mind was else where when I was doing the first one and I forgot to take the rubber throttle shaft seals out before I dropped it in my harsh carb cleaning solvent. I took it out and knew right away what I forgot. I took the throttle shaft seals out and they disintegrated in my fingers. Yamaha doesn't even have them on their diagram and because of that my local dealership is useless. I tried emailing kehin manufacturer of the carbs and I haven't got a reply yet. The carbs are Kehin BCF 67F10 OD26 If anyone has any idea where I should go from here I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks. Paul
