2002 191 Starcraft Islander Stiff Throttle

The throttle/shift lever is very stiff, I just can't figure out how to get at the backside of the control so I can remove it to either lube or replace the cables. I can see the attachment studs from inside the cuddy but there is no way to reach them. Has anyone out there ever replaced these cables? Thanks.

Post pics of the side panel and studs. Someone installed it, removal is just reversing the steps

Doesn't hurt to disconnect the cables from the engine to verify it's the cable . When you get the controller off , again isolate the cables to make sure you're not replacing the wrong item .
