2002 350 MAG MPI Horizon Intermittent quick cutout

Hi all,
My 2002 350 MAG MPI cuts out very quickly (buzzer sounds) then goes right back to running smoothly. Last time out it happened 2x in about 30 minutes of running time. Other wise it runs fine. This cutout is very quick like 1 to 2 seconds. Coil is 1 year old, cap, rotor are new.
Trouble shooting suggestions greatly appreciated.

Ayuh,..... Bein' an electronically controlled motor, yer probably gonna need a diagnostic computer to find out,.....

Had a similar problem in my truck (chevy) and it was either the crank sensor or the cam sensor. was a buck or hiccup, a very solid buck...just for a second every so often. changed the sensor and problem is gone.

Update:
A new NAPA Echlin rr207 distributor cap and rotor fixed the cutting out and misfiring issue(so far). See links for a TSB and NAPA info about the flat cap corrosion.
