I was out on the river when my motor died on me the other day i noticed that the little 2 or 3 inch little metal rod fell off the throttle cam from the throttle and it blew the 20amp fuse on the top of motor i got power back when i replaced fuse but it wont start i don't know if the timing is out i don't how to fix !I have spark in all 3 cylinders .Will the motor not run if timing is off?
