My engine just started losing power as if it was running on just on carb. after 5 or so minutes. It is not over heating. The discharge water is barley warm. I have checked the tank pickup, tank vent, and replaced the fuel hose and bulb with new. I have also removed disassembled and examined the fuel pump and I saw no issue with it.
When the problem first started I could push the key (primer) and the engine would pickup speed as if the other carbs got fuel for just a short time. Now that doesn't seem to be working. I have checked the fuel hose from the cowling to and from the pump.
Could the fuel pump be bad even though there was no sign of damage?

Find out what the " primer " does when you push in the key.----Clean all carburetors and check / replace hoses on the motor.
