hello, I have a 2002 that has been sitting for 6 years. rebuild the carbs twice. I've Synced then too and that is set correctly.
It idles great and under load runs good until 1800 RPM then it's starts to Misfire/sputter. I have narrowed it down to number 4 cylinder. The cylinder does not change when I remove the spark plug. Prior to the second time I removed the carbs, I was having the same issue in #3 cylinder. Come to find out I put #3 bowl on # 4 carb and Vice Versa. When I was trouble shooting before it was on # 3 cylinder(that was misfiring). Now i've put then the float bowl with the correct carbs.
Any idea on what within the float bowl went bad?
