2002 Merc 40 ELPTO winterizing

I have a 2 stroke 40 hp elpto mercury. Do I have to remove oil injection tank to fog carb? Also, do I fog plugs after I fog carbs?

I run mine until stalls (fuel line disconnected) then fog it through the opening in the oil tank, then fog the cylinders through the plug holes.
