2002 merc 50hp ob backfirering though the exhaust/missing on 2 cylinders. Swith box b

Cleaned the carbs, rebuilt the fuel pump, Comp from top cyl down is 118, 119 120. Think it could be the switch box. Any ideas?

my bad, seems this motor has no switch box. Still any ideas?

Plug wires switched?
Flywheel sheared key and slipped?

plug wires are right and the flywheel and key in place
