2002 Stingray LS with 152 hours

Hi. I am looking to buy my first boat. I found 2002 Stingray 180 LS with 152 hours (it is a consignment boat at a small dealer in Oakland, CA). Has 3.0 4 cyl. Volvo engine, stereo, extra prop (don't know the pitch), storage cover and other canvas (sorry don't know the name - covers the front and the back of the boat), fish finder and some other misc. stuff. I was told the person had actually did a service in their shop sometime ago (don't know what was done, but they told me they can get in touch with the owner for service history). The boat is on a single trailer. They are asking $6900. My gut tells me maybe $5000? Please let me know what you think.

Would need some pictures or weblink. Having actually had service performed and ability to know it had actually been done is nice. A 2002, especially an entry level, could have some soft spots already depending on how it was stored and maintained. Price wise given you are in CA, I can't give you a fair regional opinion on the number. On the boat I could however.
