2002 Striper 2101 W/A 'Fresh Water Drain?'

Just purchased a very nice 2002 2101 I/O. I was told that it has a 40 gal fresh water capacity, but can't find the data in the manuals to confirm. (Seems a little large to me)

Also, is there an 'drain line or valve' somewhere such that any water in the system can be flushed out without using the handpump at the sink???

40 Gal. seems a bit much for a 2101. I got the 2601 (2005) and the only fresh water storage is under the sink, and I think it is a 7 gallon only.

And I think the only way to drain it is from the sink, unless you pump it out of the fill on the deck.
