2002 tracker v16 is it paint or decal on sides of boat

The color and name of boat on sides is it decals or paint?got boatt from neighbor but front parts on sides all nicked up from hitting dock.looks like it's a large decal on sides.would like to take off and put new ones on.don't know for sure if it's a decal.Thanks for any help.

Get a razor scraper and a heat gun and you'll find out soon enuf!!!

It's a decal on top of paint, you'll want to take extra care when removing the decal so as not to bugger the paint underneath it.
