looking to buy a boat with a 2003 mercury 200hp efi , want to do compression check, and have only done one on a carbed 3 cyl . do I have to pull a fuse for fuel pump, if so where is it? also do I ground plugs or can I just pull emergency lanyard , throttle wide open ? any thing you can suggest would be appreciated
