My 2003 60 hp mercury outboard loses power only when it is opened up . It will run at 4000 rpm fine but when it is opened up it runs for 2 or 3 minutes then loses power. I am considering taking carburetors off and cleaning /rebuilding , but the problem almost feel electrical. I have used carb cleaner with no results. I can get the engine to regain power by squeezing the fuel bulb but only for a second. Any thoughts on what the cause could be before I take carbs off
