1. Where do The 4 Wires Go to? ( I assume the 2 Black to Negative and 2 others to Positive)
2. Is The Black Filter looking thing a Fuel filter? if so Is teh Line in from Tank the one closest to boat and the one nearest me the out to Motor?
3. Do I need a Fuel line with in line pump going to the Engine like i have on most outboards?

As far as the wires go, need more info. Where are they coming from? Where are they at? Under the dash, in the motor well, under the cowl at engine?

Blk/yel is the kill circuit, yellow with red is the start circuit.

fuel us easy, arrows on filter mount show direction of fuel flow. Yes, you want a primer bulb.

if it sat for ten years you will want to replace both the low pressure plastic filter on the motor as well as the high pressure metal filter on the motor.

I would suggest a compression test with throttle open before you spend money and time.

This is a SUZUKI built 4 stroke.------Just do not hook up a single wire if you have no idea what they do !!-----Computer on this motor will set you back $2000 if it goes " boom " on you.

Some Photos, I know where an Exact Pontoon is to go take a pic of the wires and see how they connect. I think it has a diff engine but I do not see any broken places in the wiring harness to the engine, These 4 Wires Come up by the battery box under the fuel filter on the back of the pontoon. I am not sure if this should have 1 or 2 batteries so i need to look at the other pontoon and see how its set up. I will follow the wires to the key switch or elsewhere and see where they are going to.

MY Pontoon is at My Uncles as I live up a Very harsh road and its better at his place but it limits my ability to look at and work on it quickly. New Keyswitch is in Ill get it installed, Run me a Jumper from key to the back and test wires to where at least one end terminates properly. I think These 4 wires go to the Battery but i will not Guess and connect ill get the knowledge i need first.

Those 4 wires in your original pic do NOT go to the battery! I know it's the internet but trust me on that.

There should be no wires that are just cut, they all should have a terminal. In this case start at the motor and find the group of 4 wires with the same colors. Then find the terminal where they should have been disconnected.
