2003 Mercury 115 two stroke misses when trimmed out.

Engine runs great without trimmed out. When I trim the motor while running I get a miss for a second or two. then it runs for 10 to 15 seconds and misses again, then again, then again etc.Trim it down all the way and runs great...
Checked compression 125 psi in each cylinder. replaced spark plugs,fuel filters,primer bulb, cleaned carbs. went over motor for possible loose wire.
Dont know what else to check.
Any help would be great

Open low speed mixture screws on the top 2 carburetors.------Open them 1/8 turn at a time.------This motor only runs on the top 2 cylinders at idle I believe..

I'm running at 3800 to 4200 RPM when this happens.

Check connections at rectifier/regulator and cables at battery connection.
