2003 SeaPro SV2300 CC-How do you get to the fuel anti-siphon fitting?

I am trying to get a boat running that sat too long after my friend passed away. I've now replaced all of the pumps and filters in the Yamaha HPDI engine (UGH!), but have a fuel obstruction between the tank and the fuel filter/water separator. The only access hole is directly over the fuel level sender. The hose runs in a tight area between two sections of fiberglass, and I'm almost positive you can't reach far enough forward to get to the fitting. How do people get to the fitting where the hose attaches to the tank? Is the fitting on the corner of the tank closest to the filter? Did SeaPro really design a boat you have to cut a hole in to for maintenance of an item??

Secondly, does anyone know if they put any type of fuel screen in this model that could get clogged up?

Please let me know if anyone else has encountered this problem. Thanks!

Well, I found out how you have to get to that fitting...you have to cut another hole in the deck! But, I still ended up having the fuel bulb suck closed, it just took much longer this time. I am going to try the trick of blowing air back in the line that goes back to the tank, and see if that cleans any screen out. If that doesn't work, I'm not sure what is left!

I just bought a 1993 18' center console and I have a problem where the ball just collapses.

I'll try the air
