2004 115hp Mercury

I have a friend that is looking at a boat that has this motor, would someone tel me if this is a 4 stroke or a 2 stroke.
The # are 2004 115hp ELPTO
# 07906221

If you look at the side of the engine cover it will say EFI Four-Stroke if its a four stroke. If you still don't know, lift the engine cover. A two-stroke will have a large oil resevoir on the side. The numbers ELPTO are Electric Start, Long Shaft, Power Trim and Oil Injected. Oil Injected is the key here. Four strokes are not oil injected.

The boat is 50 miles from where I live I did not see it, so I thought I would ask for the info...
