2004 150 Yam buzzer going off.

2004 Yam 150 carb.150TXRD
The motor runs GREAT up to 3800-3900 and then the alarm starts.
It's NOT overheating, I used a heat gun and checked the temps on each cylinder.
Not getting anywhere's near hot.
New water pump impeller.

The owner replaced both oil sensors/senders in the tanks.
Any idea's or tests I can do to check?

what's your gauge saying...

when alarm sounds ,note oil tank level
also, you can disconnect thermo switches, one at a time to narrow down your issue
