2004 225 single buzzer when idleling

I have a 2004 225 w/ 1008 hrs, bracket mounted on a 22' Pursuit that very intermitantly is kicking out an alarm buzzer when I go from running to idle in gear. I've checked the fuel filters they are clean, has new water pump and is pumping water, oil level is good, O2 sensor was changed last year. If I turn the motor off and on agian and the alarm goes away, any thoughts on where to start?

Forgot to mention that other that this problem the motor runs flawlessly.

Hi,
Burned O2 sensor, It doesnt need a year to fail some times.
