2004 25hp Bigfoot

I recently bought like new Klamath 15ft with the 25hp Mercury. He was a old man and probably put about 30 hours on it. Thats it!!!! I ran it the other day at the lake for a few hours, she fired right up and was pissing water. I know the impellar is old, I am going to have it replaced this week. I looked at the oil, its like new. Should I change it anyways?

As you don't know when it was last changed, then yes change the engine oil and the filter.

Yes I do. He last ran it two yrs ago. He bought it new, and only put 30hrs on it. Its the original oil, and still looks like it just came out the bottle.
