Motor idles and runs fine at higher speeds, however from just above idle to about 1/3 throttle it tends to load up (I.E. run rich)resulting in excessive smoke, and rough operation. Have run about 25 gal. of gas thru it; low speed jet set as per manual.<br />Is this just the nature of the beast or an indication of carb problems?<br /><br />Thanks.<br /><br />Brad C.
