engine starts fine,idels good.put in gear runs fine,then at full throttle boat planes and then engine dies.try to start it will not restart.primer bulb is still hard.discount the full line at tank behind primer bulb no fuel comes out.then bulb gets soft.then put fuel line back on prime bulb and engine runs fine at full throttle.this has happen a couple times now.do i have a bad primer bulb?
