Howdy folks,

Just getting ready to get the boat ready for the season and I have a couple broken fittings on the trim/tilt area, the broken piece is still in the hole.
Looking for a suggestion on how to remove the broken piece and info on what size fittings to replace the broken ones with.

Thank-you

Re: 2004 F90 grease fitting

Grease fittings generally come in standard 1/8", 3/16' or 1/4" sizes, not sure about metric sizes, they are either screwed in or pressed into a small hole. If you can unscrew or just remove what's left of the fitting, I wouldn't want to try to drill it out because you could get metal shavings into your bearings. Then you could just screw or press a new one in. If your new one seems a bit loose in the hole then you could add some JB Weld, epoxy, glue or similar just to hold it in. It's just a fitting for your grease gun, so it's not all that critical. Good Luck!
