2004 honda 9.9 4 stroke not peeing

Please don't say the pee hole is plugged ! Motor was setting for 4 years. I serviced everything on the motor while waiting for the water pump kit to get here from Japan. Removed impeller ( while waiting ) and everything looked like new.( motor has less than 4 hrs. on it ) Rodded and cleaned every open tube and hole on it. Put everything back together and it started up at the touch of the button. No water out of pee hole. The 3rd time i took it apart and put it back together was with the new kit. Still no water out of pee hole. Took thermostat out and left cover plate off and the water was gushing out when i started. So.....that means pump is working and circulate threw motor right ? There just something going on with it peeing right ? Does this motor have anything that tells you if its running hot ? Thanks

I did the water pump on my BF8A, and after I bolted back the foot, there was no water from the pee hole. Check and make sure that the outlet of the pump properly mated with the water tube up the leg - it is kind of tough to position while pushing the leg back up. Just might be your problem. I have also had to push an aluminum wire up the pee hole hose to loosen debris.

as the person above said make sure there is nothing clogging where the pee hole is. there could be something clogged in the water jackets but not likely. did you remember the key on the impeller because if you didn't theres your problem...

Force water or air in the opposite direction thru the pee hole and find out where it is blocked or leaking out.........Don

Squirt W-40 overdose with red cannula through pee hole, let soak, run a wire or compressed air and check....
