Any ideas on where to go from here? The engine (2004 90 hp Johnson two stroke)is flooding itself out when it gets hot. If i take the cowling off and run it it wont flood as bad , but with it on it floods. I run it for awhile and turn it off for about a half hour and then dies under load. I pull the plugs and they are wet and fouled. The seloc book says this is caused from fuel getting too hot and pressure pushing fuel up through the needles and flooding it. How can i stop this ?

HP and model number, no-one knows what engine you're talking about.
