2004 Mercury 115 leaks oil

The oil reserve tank leaks oil when the motor is in the up position. It is coming out around the twist cap (fill cap) on the oil tank. Anyone else having the same problem and how did you fix it ? Thanks

Replace the cap? Or do what I do, never fill the oil tank up that much.

Or do as I did and do both. Then you can forget it. But I had access to a gasket. Had I not, I would just have filled it 2/3 max.
