2004 Mercury 60hp 4stroke trim problem

I have a problem with the trim switch. The trim works back by the motor, but not from the trottle box. So, does anyone know if/or how I get the trottle box apart? And is there a wiring diagram for this?

Just fixed mine. Push the throttle button in. Put the throttle in foward gear, pull the throttle button out. Remove the nut holding the handle on. I found my wire was cut. I just crimped the wires back together and it works fine.
