2004 optimax 250 jet drive - runs excellent.. but man, it’s hard to start.. been that way since I bought it 4 years ago. I sent it to the dealer, they changed the belt on top, freed up a sticky injector and put a new battery in.. told me it was good to go.. zero changes. Basically I have to hold the key to start it for 10 seconds.. it’ll cough.. start to run and then everything “catch” and run perfect. I have tried turning the key on and off a few times to prime it first, no change.
