2004 Yamaha 115 v4 bogging down

my 115 v4 runs excellent when on trailer. Once I put it in the water it will runs great at idle speed but when I try to take off it Boggs Down An shits off. I’ve rebuilt the carbs new fuel pump diaphram an new plugs and wires . Compression is great . Primer hold is new. Gas tank is new . I need some help please guys

check timing and make sure it is advancing as it should

Did you confirm carbs float height were to spec? Did you time and sync carbs after rebuilding?
