2005 1902 Trophy 3 out of 4 grab handles failed

Anyone else have this problem. The grab handles are injection molded with a ss bolt. The handles failed at the bolt head inside the handle. All three have excessive air pockets around the bolt head area. Al three have failed with little effort. I would like to replace them with ss handles.
