2005 BF135 intermitant beeping

I recently took my boat out for the first time since last November and as soon as I started it, I heard a beeping sound. Initially thought it was water separator. I cleaned out the reservoir. I get a nice steady stream from the pee hole, so it does not appear to be an over heating issue. My oil pressure light is a solid green. My best guess is there is water in my fuel tank. Any other ideas? Thanks.

it might be caused by motor getting hot is pumping water through it pee hole

Don't guess,take it to your Honda dealer and get them to do a quick diagnosis through the ECM.
