2005 Lowe Roughneck 1652 VPT--Good Buy at $5000?

Hi,

I am a duck hunter, and avid fisherman.

I don't know anything about these types of boats, and am thinking of taking a chance on buying one. There doesn't seem to be a lot of these types of boats in the marketplace, so I am hoping someone could guide me.

Is this boat a good buy? Will be running it on the Columbia and Snake rivers, near Tri-Cities, WA.
