Would anyone happen to have any insight as to what would cause the area around my diaphragm to leak. I rebuilt my carb today to include changing the needle valve and i also cleaned every thing very well. In fact i took the boat out for a decent 10 mile round trip and at the halfway point nothing was leaking at all. This seems to be a problematic thing with my carb as this is the second rebuild in 2 years.
Like I said, it leaks right at the housing around the diaphraghm on the bottom of the carb and i can't seem to figure this one out. Any help or direction would be huge.
