2005 Mercury Outboard 40 EFI ELPT 4 - Model 1A40412DD

I have a problem with my motor. While I'm driving for around 30 minutes at least, I figure when the motor is hot enough, the engine stop. I have to wait around 15-20 min to cooldown the motor. Turn on the engine and the motor is ok to drive again...Any suggestions what pieces of the motor need to be replace?
