I just picked up a 2005 targa and am having a problem. There is a switch for the rear livewell to either be manual or auto. In the livewell itself is the drain plug hole on the bottom, and an 'overflow' on each end at the top. Last night I used the rear livewell for the first time...I turned on the livewell and forgot to shut if off after about 10 min and it had overflowed. Filled up the bottom of the boat pretty good. Bilge pump ran for a good 10 minutes to pump it out. The rear livewell still had water above the overflow holes and water would not leave. I pulled the bottom plug and water still wouldnt drain...How do you empty/lower the level when you are still in the water??? The front livewell overflows right out the front/top of the boat so that works perfect.
