I have a Volvo 5.0 GXI. The boat ran fine. I put it in the water and started as usual. I decided to get some fuel, so shut it off and added about 2/3 of a tank. Tried to start and it won't - it won't even fire. I figure it's a water in the fuel issue. I take off the fuel filter/water separator to replace it and when I empty it out into a jar there is not a single drop of water in the fuel. Now I'm confused. What could this be?
By the way, I already checked the kill switch, fuel pump is running, breakers, neutral lock, took off fuel cap in case of some vapor pressure issue.
(P.S - I didn't put in a new filter yet - I can't buy a filter until the local parts shop opens Monday.)
